Catch your negative thoughts with a net!

Negative thoughts can be like moths, flying all crazy like trying to find the light. Take out your mental butterfly net and when one flies into your mind, catch it!

FACT: You can’t think two thoughts at once, so once you have a hold of that thought, squish it, ignore it, kill it and instead think about something that makes you smile.

Use your thougths to become inspired and feel great.

Would you like to use your thoughts to become more inspired and feel great? Start by becoming friends with your thoughts, get to know them. How do they make you feel? Some thoughts get you feeling excited and happy while others can stress you out and wear you down. 

Try this: Count how many times your thoughts make you smile and laugh this week and how many of them complain and make you feel bad. Over the next few weeks I will teach you some tricks to train your brain to ignore the negative thoughts and leverage your positive thoughts to enrich your life. Think positive and see you next week!
